EVI DC Air source high temperature heat pump
The Hercules EVI DC air source high temperature heat pump is a mid-sized unit, particularly suited to commercial applications.
Compared with a conventional heat pump, the R513a model is designed to replace existing gas fired boilers, providing operating conditions of 80 deg C flow and 70 deg C return water temperatures, at minus 4 deg C dry bulb winter design condition and can continue to run smoothly to ambient temperatures as low as minus 15 deg C.
Cooperation between Energy Technologies Ltd and the manufacturers research and development team, has designed a UK / European compliant air source heat pump based on a world proven existing product range.
Used as part of an existing low temperature heating system, it removes the need to replace pipework and radiators or heating coils in air handling units.
